We present our most meticulously crafted masterpiece for the 26\/27 Campaign: the Mas dels Castellans Early Harvest 1st Day of Harvest Selection Extra Virgin Olive Oil (EVOO), made from the Empeltre variety in our private mill in Calaceite (Teruel).<\/div>\n
This premium oil is a truly exceptional limited edition. Harvested in the first half of October from green and veraison olives, it is the result of our fourth family generation’s passion for excellence. To produce just a single bottle of this high-end gastronomic gem, we sacrifice yield in favor of ultimate quality: we use an average of 8 kilos of selected olives to obtain a single liter of oil.           This 1st day of harvest selection EVOO has been produced by milling green and veraison Empeltre olives, harvested during the first fortnight of October, hence its early harvest designation. Its powerful aroma of green fruits and freshly cut grass releases various rich and intense sensory nuances, such as green almond and nuts like almond and walnut.<\/p>\n

          This is an extra virgin oil that contains a high amount of polyphenols, which are highly healthy antioxidants.<\/p>\n

          In the production of this early harvest Empeltre jewel, an average of 8 kg of olives has been used to obtain one litre of this precious extra virgin oil.<\/p>\n
