Payment Methods
Prices on this website are in euros and include indirect taxes, VAT.
In accordance with the Value Added Tax Law, COSECHAS TEMPRANAS is required to charge this tax, at the rate in effect at any given time, on all products delivered in Spain, except the Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla.
For deliveries made to the Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla, the applicable taxes and duties will apply in accordance with the regulations in force in each of these territories, which the customer must settle at the AEAT customs if required to do so.
Customs fees will always be borne by the customer.
For intra-Community purchases, customers who are duly registered in the Register of Intra-Community Operators will be exempt from tax.
All purchases may be made by debit/credit card, bank transfer, and Bizum.
There are three ways to pay for an order:
Credit or Debit Card
You may use most credit cards to pay for your order, including Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard, and American Express.
We take security very seriously, so your data will be safe with us.
All credit or debit cardholders are subject to validation and authorization by both us and the card issuer, to maintain security and prevent fraud.
We remind you that you must not provide your card details via email, fax, or social media.
If the payment method chosen by the user is credit or debit card, the charge will be made online, that is, in real time, through the payment gateway of the corresponding financial institution, once it has been verified that the data provided are correct.
Bizum
Bizum is a mobile application that allows payments and collections between individuals, for cases where intermediaries do not have cash and without needing to know the recipient’s bank account number.
Bank Transfer
When selecting bank transfer as a payment method, you will receive, along with confirmation of your order, an email indicating the account number to which to make the bank transfer in the name of COSECHAS TEMPRANAS.
All costs arising from making payment by transfer will be borne by the customer.
Purchases paid by transfer will be confirmed and processed for shipment once the order amount is received in the account.
It is important to indicate the order number in the subject line, as well as the personal data of the user making the purchase, name and surname, and to make the bank transfer within 3 days following the order confirmation date in order to validate it.
If after the indicated period, COSECHAS TEMPRANAS has not received the corresponding amount, the order will be canceled.

Once payment is received in our bank account, the order will leave the warehouse.
If you wish to request an invoice, you must contact us, providing the details and order reference number.
The deadline to request an invoice is 15 calendar days following delivery of the order.

Product Availability
All orders are subject to product availability.
If at the time the order is placed we detect that there is no stock in our warehouses of any of the products included in it, COSECHAS TEMPRANAS will attempt to locate the item.
If this is not possible, the customer will be notified immediately.
In addition, the amount of the item charged and not shipped will be refunded to the customer in the following days by the same payment method used for the purchase.
Shipping
The scope of online sales includes all national and international territory, and you may receive your order at the delivery address you provide us.

Shipping is carried out through first-class transport services.
Once the order is placed, it is delivered within a maximum of 4 business days, Monday through Friday excluding holidays, in Spain.
Remember that the order will be prepared the same day payment is received.
All our orders are delivered to a home address and to a named recipient.
If you are not present at the time of delivery, carriers will leave a note indicating whether they will make a new attempt or whether the customer must pick it up at the office.
Returns
Can I return my product? We do not accept returns. All our orders are reinforced with extensive packaging security and, in some cases, insured against damage.
